This forward-thinking event is designed for professionals across all industries in the city providing practical insights and actionable strategies to drive meaningful impact on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within your own organisation and the broader community. Keynotes from expert global practitioners in the field of diversity and inclusion, the panel discussion and two carefully curated workshops put the audience at the heart of this conference to focus on how we can collaborate more and learn from each other. The course is aligned with Rt Hon the Lady Mayor, Dame Sue Langley’s ambition to ‘un-square the Square Mile’ to show that the City of London is an open place for all. The morning’s highlights include inspiring addresses from Peter Cheese, CEO of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Sandra Kerr CBE, Race Equality Director at Business in the Community (BITC) and Simon Fanshawe OBE, co-founder of Stonewall and co-founder of the consultancy Diversity by Design. After a morning of shared knowledge and learning from each other to distil methods of best practice discovered from the day, the conference will be followed by a networking lunch, to meet the speakers and your fellow attendees. The event offers a unique platform where leading-edge professionals come together to shape the future and lead with purpose and inclusion across the City of London and beyond.
