On just one page We are looking for no more than 15 businesses to come and develop their own one-page business plan in a workshop that has done this successfully for hundreds of businesses. Starting at 10 am, together we will: 1. Define your vision so you need to get out of bed every day 2 Identify your one number to contextualise every decision you make about your business 3. Develop your communication strategy for the next year, so you know how to spread the word about your value 4. Outline your sales plan for the next year, so you sell all the most profitable parts of your business 5. Lay down your financial plan so you can plan around your cash flow.
